Dimensions Luxe (“Dimensions Luxe”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the showroom at Service Rd, near Velocity Multiplex, Towards Robot Circle, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, and the website at dimensionsindore.com.
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to meet our obligations under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
This is a catalogue, not a shop
You cannot buy anything on this website. There is no cart, no checkout and no payment page. We do not collect or store card numbers, bank details or any payment information through this site. Purchases happen at the showroom, and any payment details you share there are handled offline and are not covered by this policy.
What we collect
When you contact us. If you submit an enquiry form, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your name, your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us about your project.
When you subscribe. If you sign up for updates, we receive your email address.
When you browse. Our host records standard technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and timestamps. We use this in aggregate to understand which pages are useful. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data. Please do not send us financial details, government identifiers or health information through this website.

How long we keep it
Enquiries and the correspondence attached to them are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the relationship, and afterwards only where a law requires it. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Aggregate analytics are kept in a form that no longer identifies you.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
